• Responsible for organizing the formulation, modification, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of management systems such as production equipment safety inspection and environmental protection production statistics
• Organize the production team to complete the production target according to the planned requirements and meet the customer's delivery requirements
• Comprehensively control and coordinate the personnel management and various production activities of the production department
• Responsible for coordinating the work of production and planning technical process quality procurement warehouse and other relevant operating departments
• Organize resources, develop and implement the annual production plan of the framework module
• Responsible for production module production daily safety management assessment
• Responsible for cost management assessment of production module
• Responsible for the cost audit of production modules, wage audit, etc.
• Responsible for the performance assessment of department personnel.

• Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required
• Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization
• Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to drive change initiatives
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
