We need an experienced educator with exceptional behaviour management skills-someone who can look beyond the surface and help students grow both personally and academically in a supportive environment.
Job Responsibility:
Design and prepare lesson plans that align with curriculum standards while sparking curiosity
Provide guidance: Offer both academic support and personal mentorship to students
Stay current: Keep updated with the latest developments in Humanities and educational pedagogy
Maintain accuracy: Keep diligent records of student performance and attendance
Foster passion: Encourage extracurricular interest in Humanities through projects or discussions
Requirements:
QTS or an equivalent recognised qualification
Eligibility to work in the UK
2 proven professional references
Previous experience teaching Humanities (History, Geography, RE, or Social Studies)
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learning needs
Experience in an AP setting or a proven track record of excellent behaviour management
