Job Description:

Humanities Teacher for a leading independent school, working with young people aged 7-16 with autism and SEMH needs within a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Craft and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Foster a safe, supportive space
  • Build strong relationships with students
  • Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents
  • Implement personalised learning plans

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in a relevant Humanities subject
  • A compassionate, enthusiastic approach to education
  • A dedication to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and moral development of every student

Nice to have:
