Job Description:

JLL is seeking an experienced Human Rights and Social Impact Program Manager to support JLL's Technology Client in advancing responsible sourcing and human rights initiatives across their Global Real Estate and Facilities organization. This role will be instrumental in aligning the client's procurement and supplier management practices with the client's Supply Chain Standards. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, driving program efficiency, building stakeholder capabilities, and ensuring vendors meet the client's rigorous standards. Job Responsibility:

  • Process Development & Alignment: Create and drive efficient processes and systems to align the client's procurement and supplier management with the client’s Supply Chain Standards
  • End-to-End Program Management: Partner with client Program lead(s) on comprehensive management of human rights and responsible sourcing matters across the client's supplier base, driving resolution of identified issues
  • Capability Building: Build vendor managers' and vendors' capabilities to meet JLL's Technology Client's standards and the client's expectations
  • Stakeholder Education: Ensure vendors, buyers, and vendor managers understand the client’s Supply Chain Standards
  • develop and advise relevant stakeholders on key human rights and social impact issues affecting the client's sourcing plans and processes
  • RFP Support: Own reviewing and addressing buyer team or prospective vendor questions related to human rights on the client's RFP questionnaire(s)
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose, develop, and track to completion any improvements identified through RFP and contracting stages addressing responsible sourcing themes
  • Audit Coordination: Drive coordination of supplier inspections or audits, ensuring timely and successful completion of all planned activities
  • Remediation Support: Support the Program's management of any remediation efforts in coordination with JLL's Technology Client's internal teams
  • Supplier Engagement: Communicate directly with suppliers to support them on responsible sourcing issues and/or client-led training or audit programs

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver results by working cross-functionally within large, matrixed organizations
  • Strong program management experience with demonstrated success
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse vendor partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Sound decision-making capabilities, even when complete information is unavailable, using best available data, relevant precedents, and informed judgment
  • Experience with responsible sourcing and supplier engagement strongly preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
