Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused HR detail oriented to join our team. This role is intentionally broad to support candidates at various career stages—from individuals launching their HR careers to experienced HR leaders looking to make an impact. You will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, driving employee engagement, and partnering with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness. Job Responsibility

  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data management
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Partner with hiring managers to support talent acquisition strategies
  • Assist with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Support employee engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives
  • Assist with performance management cycles and coaching conversations
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making
  • Lead or support HR initiatives such as DE&I, retention strategies, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or HRIS systems

Nice to have

  • Entry-Level (0–2 years): Internship or administrative experience in HR or related field
  • Mid-Level (3–6 years): Experience in HR generalist functions and employee relations
  • Manager-Level (7+ years): Proven experience leading HR initiatives and partnering with leadership
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
