Job Description:

Crescendo is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to provide full HR support for one of our key partners within the Tegucigalpa hub. In this role, you will act as the primary HR point of contact for all partner-assigned associates and leaders, ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive employee experience aligned with our company policies, local regulations, and Crescendo culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the main HR representative for all matters related to your assigned partner, supporting leadership and associates with day-to-day HR needs
  • Ensure the consistent application of policies, benefits, HR processes, and guidelines specific to both Crescendo and the partner
  • Support wellness and engagement initiatives tailored to the partner team
  • Lead and document group discussions, skip-level meetings, and other communication tools that promote transparency, culture-building, and associate engagement
  • Handle conflict resolution conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide coaching, tools, and guidance for both leaders and associates to help navigate employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver workshops and identify career growth opportunities for partner-assigned associates
  • Guide employees in building development roadmaps aligned with partner needs and Crescendo programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other digital tools
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, Crescendo policies, and partner-specific standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partner representatives to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Support the rollout of company-wide or partner-specific programs, events, and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute as a subject matter expert to HR or partner-driven projects
  • Partner closely with People Operations leadership on all aspects of people management for your assigned partner

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or related assignment
  • In-depth knowledge of Honduran labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and outstanding client service orientation
  • ability to interact with people at all levels, develop rapport and influence others
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • ability to identify business needs or process improvement suggestions and communicate suggestions to leadership or others as appropriate
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
  • Takes initiative but also kind-hearted and a team player
  • Proficient in Google suite
  • experience with an HRIS preferred
