We are looking for an Operational Specialist with a profound background in Human Resources Operations / Hire to Retire, advanced English language skills, a persistent and results-oriented person, who is passionate about employee-focused HR services and working in an international context.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Hire to Retire process for several countries in close cooperation with our local and firmwide teams across our organization
Ensure the administrative management of employee records: declarations to authorities, contract amendments, certificates
Manage social declarations: government agencies, health insurance, and provident schemes
Monitor employee onboarding and offboarding: hiring, integration, departures, and final settlements
Update HR databases and individual employee files
Manage absences (leave, sick leave, maternity, etc.) and related declarations
Handle social declarations and maintain communication with social organisations: health insurance, provident schemes
Collect, verify, and enter payroll variables into IFS (absences, overtime, bonuses, etc.)
Respond to employee questions regarding their pay and social rights
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent specific education
Knowledge of HR and systems
Previous relevant working experience in HR and Recruiting processes
Advanced English skills required
Very good knowledge of MS Office, incl. Excel
Excellent communication skills
Interested to work in an international team
Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
Ability to work independently and as a team
Nice to have:
French or German would be a plus
