Robert Half's HR Solutions team is looking for a Human Resources Specialist who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding organization and play a direct role in shaping HR infrastructure. This role supports a wide range of HR operations—including recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS management, payroll and benefits support, compliance, and reporting—across multiple locations. Job Responsibility:
Maintain HRIS data, workflows, and reporting
Support process documentation and system improvements
Prepare ongoing HR metrics including headcount, turnover, time tracking, and recruiting activity
Manage job postings, applicant flow, and interview scheduling
Screen resumes and support communication with hiring teams
Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps
Oversee new hire onboarding, I‑9s, paperwork, orientation, and file creation
Support internal changes (promotions, transfers, compensation updates)
Assist with offboarding documentation and system updates
Enter payroll changes, validate data, and coordinate with payroll partners
Maintain payroll and benefits documentation
Support benefit enrollment, employee inquiries, and annual open enrollment
Maintain personnel files and audit-ready documentation
Support compliance for I‑9s, policy acknowledgements, and employment regulations
Assist with safety initiatives and workers’ compensation processes
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions
Assist HR Manager with projects, planning, and engagement initiatives
Support HR calendar management, training coordination, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, including HR operations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, or compliance support
Experience with HRIS systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a “build as we go” mindset
Grit, adaptability, and the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Nice to have:
SHRM or HRCI certification
Experience supporting HR across multiple locations or in a high-growth company
