Our client is seeking a talented, dynamic, and growth-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join their growing team! The ideal Human Resources Specialist candidate will have diverse experience in multiple Human Resources modules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management
  • Manage workers’ compensation claims, documentation, and employee return-to-work processes
  • Assist managers with progressive discipline and employee relations issues
  • Analyze employment data and prepare reports as required
  • Conduct exit interviews and handle termination paperwork
  • Oversee the hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications for job applicants
  • Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support payroll processing as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with HR policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist or similar role
  • Strong grasp of recruitment processes and employment law
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in payroll processing and HR best practices
  • Ability to act with integrity, and confidentiality
