Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment
Oversee benefits administration, including the management of benefit packages and payroll systems
Ensure accurate and efficient use of automated payroll systems to process employee compensation
Administer onboarding processes to provide new hires with a seamless transition into the organization
Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping and reporting
Collaborate with team leaders to support labor and employee relations initiatives
Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
Coordinate benefits programs and communicate details effectively to employees
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding policies and procedures
Evaluate and improve HR processes to align with organizational goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and labor relations management
Familiarity with benefits administration and automated payroll systems
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and data management
Strong knowledge of onboarding practices and workforce integration
Ability to design and manage benefit packages effectively
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Understanding of HR policies and compliance standards
