This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on talent acquisition, HR administration, and HR business partnering (HRBP) functions, supporting the company’s business growth and organizational needs. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, daily HR and administrative operations, and acting as a trusted HR partner to business teams. This position works closely with management and employees to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, improve employee experience, and foster a positive, efficient, and collaborative workplace.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, and external recruiting channels
Support local employer branding and recruitment initiatives in Indonesia
Act as an HR business partner to assigned teams, providing HR guidance aligned with business objectives
Support performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives
Handle employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion
Facilitate communication between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment
Manage HR administrative tasks, including employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation
Support payroll coordination, attendance management, and benefits administration in compliance with local regulations
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and internal practices are properly implemented and followed
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in HR roles, with solid experience in recruitment and HR operations
Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
Experience in HR administration and employee relations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
