A Human Resources Specialist oversees the full spectrum of HR activities of an organization ensuring compliance with standard legal and company practices.
Job Responsibility:
Manages the execution of core HR Operations activities and programs including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, performance management program, and other
Implements HR solutions in assigned countries with input from CoE HR programs
Manages the processes and policies updates, implements and communicates accordingly
Assure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
Support and act as a challenging soundboard in all topics relating to HR
Leads and participates in employee and supervisor training
Conduct local employee related investigations
Work along side payroll to support any queries relating to absence, pay or benefits
Act as the subject-matter expert on local/country laws
Manage HR Administration for assigned country in line with Compliance and legal requirements
Maintain the HR inbox and escalate queries where necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience of fast-paced environments
HR qualifications are preferred
Experience managing full life cycle HR Administration within 1 country
Strong administration skills, able to complete high volumes of tasks with accuracy and confidence
Project management skills – ability to scope out and keep a project or task moving from start to finish
Customer oriented mindset
Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Leverages key learnings and applies to future situations
Is resourceful and figures things out autonomously when needed
Starts to develop advanced, specialized skills specific to the role / areas of expertise
Shows a willingness to learn more about their specific industry, best practices, and apply as appropriate
