Job Responsibility:
Screen potential candidates to assess qualifications and suitability for available positions
Conduct interviews and provide detailed evaluations to support hiring decisions
Assist with onboarding processes, including completing new employee paperwork and ensuring compliance
Coordinate new employee orientations to facilitate smooth transitions into the workplace
Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring effective communication with candidates
Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support HR operations
Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
Communicate effectively with bilingual candidates to address concerns and provide updates
Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential
Minimum of two years of combined experience in recruiting, customer service, and administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication abilities for interacting with diverse candidates and team members
Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, compliance, and payroll
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, competitive work setting
