We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Kentucky. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. As part of the HR team, you will contribute to sourcing top talent, maintaining compliance, and supporting onboarding activities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions
Post job openings on various platforms and monitor applicant flow to ensure optimal visibility
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics while maintaining clear communication with candidates
Draft and deliver offer letters while managing pre-employment negotiations and onboarding requirements
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process
Attend job fairs and community events to represent the organization and attract potential candidates
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to optimize hiring strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate background checks, I-9 documentation, and new employee onboarding
Maintain accurate records and databases of candidate information for future recruitment needs
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, whether in corporate, agency, or staffing environments
Proven ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with candidates and stakeholders
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office/Teams suite
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulations related to hiring practices
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting for administrative, HR, finance, or corporate roles is preferred
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
