Human Resources Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to identify objectives, job requirements, and candidate profiles
• Develop and post job ads
• manage multiple sourcing channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate in-person assessments
• Build a local candidate pipeline through networking and outreach
• Actively participate in community hiring events and university relations
• Facilitate all stages of recruitment, including reference checks and onboarding support
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and reports
• Advise management on market trends and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Prior recruitment experience, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and multitasking capabilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies
• Knowledge of Hawaii employment laws and hiring best practices a plus
