Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), manage employee records, ensure data integrity, and run HR reports. Oversee payroll processing, manage benefits enrollment, answer employee questions, and coordinate with providers. Manage administrative aspects of onboarding (documentation, system setup) and offboarding (exit formalities, data archiving). Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and assist with HR audits. Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and streamline HR workflows and documentation.
