Job Description:

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator supports the HR department and leadership team by coordinating a wide range of operational and administrative HR functions. This role assists with transfer processes, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee logistics, and HR documentation, maintaining high confidentiality and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with internal and external transfer processes
support recruitment and onboarding activities
ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the hiring process
manage applicant documentation and conduct pre-employment screenings
maintain accurate records in HR systems
provide administrative support for payroll processing, employee transportation logistics, and occupational health and safety documentation
ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee records
generate HR data reports
serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
train new hires on HR systems and processes
support communication efforts
foster a collaborative and respectful work environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
intermediate English, both written and spoken
