Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a professional and highly organised Human Resources Officer to join our Trust HR Team.
Job Responsibility:
Provide confidential, efficient and professional HR support to Trust and client schools
Support leaders and staff in a broad range of HR activities
Develop and apply skills across a range of HR practice, including employee relations, recruitment and retention, management of HR data, payroll and HR administration
Play a key role in employee wellbeing and the culture of the organisation
Requirements:
Have experience of working in a confidential HR environment
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
Be able to travel to schools within the Trust
