Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant social sciences/business field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources or Personnel Administration
  • Must be a current resident of Ethiopia
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Benishangul-Gumuz region
  • Full bilingual proficiency in Amharic and English
  • Proven teamwork skills, high confidentiality, and a hardworking professional ethos
