Job Description

We are currently searching for a HR Officer to join the Ceres HR Function. Reporting into the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. This position is site based on a 19:9 rotation.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify trends in HR data and present findings in legible format to management, offering actionable insights
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of HR data across platforms
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Attend to welfare checks, when required, in the village
  • Attend to letters/filing
  • Attend to basic queries
  • Attend pre-starts
  • Gather, analyse and interpret HR data from various sources
  • Work closely with HRBP, HR Director & HR Manager to cover all requirements
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements from project leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or a related field highly regarded
  • 2+ years’ experience in the HR space, ideally within a construction environment
  • Construction experience highly regarded
