We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong generalist HR background who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting people and organisational culture.
Job Responsibility:
Provide end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records
Ensure compliance with industrial relations and WHS legislative frameworks
Support HRIS management and reporting
Deliver HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organisational values and mission
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role or similar
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience using HRIS software
Payroll administration experience
Knowledge of industrial relations and WHS legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including group presentations
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Empathetic, client-focused approach with the ability to build effective relationships
