Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in HR, talent, and people operations
Clear communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable using or willing to learn hot to use tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or Slack
Proactive, responsible, and resourceful

Nice to have:

bilingual (English & Spanish) and interest in startup culture
