Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to offer management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour requirements, leave policies, and anti-discrimination statutes
Develop, implement, and update HR policies to reflect legal requirements and industry best practices
Provide strategic guidance to leadership on HR matters such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement
Oversee benefits administration, including updates and management of compensation programs
Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for employees and proper documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including expertise in full-cycle recruiting
Comprehensive knowledge of New York City labor laws and HR compliance standards
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related technologies
Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution
Experience managing benefits and compensation programs
Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
