We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Human Resources Manager to support their West Coast team. This Remote position allows you to work flexibly from California, Arizona, Nevada, or Washington, contributing to an innovative organization committed to employee growth and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Drive strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results
Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring staffing aligns with growth plans
Facilitate change management projects including workforce development, succession planning, and organizational design
Collaborate across departments to identify and address barriers to workforce development and growth
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build an equitable and representative workforce
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
7+ years of experience in HR, business consulting, or related leadership roles
Deep knowledge of HR practices including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws
Knowledge of California Employee Law mandatory
Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
