Job Responsibility

  • Lead employee relations efforts, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management or a related role
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong background in employee relations, HR operations, and benefits administration
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and HR technology
  • Proven ability to lead onboarding and improve employee experience
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with leadership and cross-functional teams
