We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail oriented individual with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and leading organizational change. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to enhance HR functions and support business objectives.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a director-level role
  • Demonstrated success in transforming challenging workplace cultures
  • Strong expertise in organizational change, employee engagement, and executive-level advising
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives that drive cultural transformation and employee motivation
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS systems, onboarding processes, and benefits administration
