We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Chino, California. In this role, you will oversee critical HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee relations, and managing benefits programs. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise and enhance employee relations programs to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations, including OSHA standards
Administer employee benefits, payroll processes, and certified payroll reporting
Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent
Develop and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations
Oversee safety initiatives and address workplace safety concerns
Manage reporting requirements and ensure accurate documentation
Provide guidance on compliance issues and stay updated on relevant labor laws
Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with a preference for 10+ years
Background in construction or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
Proficiency in certified payroll processes and reporting
Intermediate-level Excel skills for data management and analysis
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and workplace safety practices
Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage HR systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
