Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and refine HR operations for a manufacturing organization with multiple locations. This role involves implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will bring strategic expertise in benefits, compensation, and compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation analysis
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR metrics analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures
  • Skilled in managing leave of absence programs and workers' compensation
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
