We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and refine HR operations for a manufacturing organization with multiple locations. This role involves implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will bring strategic expertise in benefits, compensation, and compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements
Oversee employee relations and provide guidance to resolve workplace conflicts effectively
Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including overseeing audits and reporting
Manage benefits administration, including onboarding, leave of absence programs, and workers' compensation
Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and workforce development initiatives
Lead performance review processes to enhance employee engagement and productivity
Analyze HR metrics and utilize HRIS systems to inform decision-making
Provide training and development programs to improve employee skills and retention
Support organizational growth by driving HR strategies that align with business objectives
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation analysis
Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR metrics analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures
Skilled in managing leave of absence programs and workers' compensation
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with diverse teams
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
