We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance HR operations across multiple sites in Greenville, SC. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment through exit interviews — while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a strong workplace culture. The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, hands-on execution experience, and the ability to support a multi-state workforce.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes
Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll with accuracy and compliance
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as liaison with benefit providers
Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and multi-state labor laws and reporting requirements
Support compensation planning, including salary reviews
Assist leadership with workforce planning
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR Manager role
Experience supporting multiple locations and multi-state payroll
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations
Experience with benefits administration and performance review processes
Exposure to compensation planning and organizational changes
Safety knowledge preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
HR certification (SHRM, PHR) a plus
