We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support leaders and employees across a dynamic organization in Arvada, Colorado. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR execution, helping drive employee relations, talent development, engagement, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through change while strengthening workplace culture.
Job Responsibility
Advise supervisors and department leaders on employee concerns, performance discussions, coaching approaches, and workplace conflict resolution
Partner with hiring teams and talent acquisition stakeholders to strengthen recruiting outcomes and improve employee retention
Coordinate learning opportunities and development initiatives that help employees expand skills and advance their careers
Promote engagement and reinforce a positive culture by supporting teams through organizational change and ongoing workforce initiatives
Review workplace issues, conduct impartial inquiries, and recommend appropriate resolutions in alignment with company policies
Lead presentations and facilitate training sessions for employees and leadership groups, including regular participation in safety-related meetings
Contribute to recurring HR cycles such as performance evaluations, objective planning, open enrollment support, and recognition programs
Collaborate with HR colleagues and operational leadership to apply policies and people practices consistently across the organization
Manage daily human resources activities while serving as a strategic business partner to support broader organizational goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including time in an HR Manager or senior-level generalist capacity
Strong background in employee relations and partnering with business leaders on people-related decisions
Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with employees at all organizational levels
Experience supporting employee engagement efforts and guiding teams through change in a fast-moving environment
Confident presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver information to groups and leadership audiences
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with HRIS platforms is required, and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
