We are looking for a skilled and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Odessa, Texas. In this Contract to permanent role, you will lead and manage HR functions that align with organizational objectives, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Manage the recruitment, onboarding processes, and ensure a seamless experience for new employees
Administer employee benefit programs, compensation structures, and leave policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Handle payroll processing and oversee HR information systems to optimize operational efficiency
Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce needs, succession strategies, and organizational development initiatives
Address employee relations concerns and provide guidance to managers and staff to maintain a positive work environment
Lead performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement
Design and implement learning and development programs that promote skill enhancement and career growth
Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve processes
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
Proficiency in HR technologies, including HRIS systems and analytics tools
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
Experience in employee relations, onboarding processes, and benefits administration
Demonstrated capability in driving HR initiatives and managing organizational change
