Job Responsibility:
Employee relations and engagement – maintain visibility and address employee concerns
Talent acquisition and onboarding – partner with leadership to recruit talent
Training & Development – collaboration with Plant Manager to identify learning needs
Culture initiatives and communication – champion a workplace for healthy, high-performing culture
HR Operations and Compliance – administer performance reviews, time and attendance, and policy implementation
