Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering pragmatic HR solutions that support station objectives and operational performance
  • Leading and supporting change programmes as the station transitions through defueling and into decommissioning
  • Partnering with leaders to plan resourcing, talent development and succession strategies
  • Managing employee relations, including engagement with trade unions and key stakeholders
  • Overseeing HR operations
  • ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery on site

Requirements:

  • Delivering HR support within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Managing employee relations with trade union involvement
  • Leading or contributing to organisational change programmes
  • Applying UK employment law and HR best practice in a practical setting
  • Holding CIPD Chartered status or equivalent experience is also essential for this position
  • Meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years
