Delivering pragmatic HR solutions that support station objectives and operational performance
Leading and supporting change programmes as the station transitions through defueling and into decommissioning

Requirements:
Delivering HR support within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Managing employee relations with trade union involvement
Leading or contributing to organisational change programmes
Applying UK employment law and HR best practice in a practical setting
Holding CIPD Chartered status or equivalent experience is also essential for this position
Meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years
