Job Responsibility
Defines and executes the talent strategy for the site
Develops HR plans and strategies aligned with business goals and the desired organizational culture
Leads HR Operations, including Payroll and Employee Relations
Drives initiatives to improve efficiency and achieve cost savings
Partners with management on strategic and operational HR and business matters
Manages employee relations, staffing, and compensation issues in collaboration with managers and external partners
Supports company-wide talent planning initiatives, including assessments, calibration, development planning, and succession planning
Leads leadership development initiatives and supports promotion and hiring processes while ensuring compliance with ethical, equal opportunity, and safety standards
Requirements
Professional in administrative careers, engineering, law, or psychology
Master's degree in human resources or related fields is desirable
Previous experience as an HR Manager, desirably in manufacturing plants
Experience and knowledge of Labor Relations & Payroll
Experience in handling unions and collective bargaining agreements
ERP management skills
Advanced English, Spanish desirable
Strong influence and critical thinking skills
Learning agility and customer focus
Nice to have
Master's degree in human resources or related fields
