Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary HR representative on-site, addressing employee relations matters and providing support to staff
Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to implement changes related to promotions, salaries, and other HR initiatives
Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
Communicate effectively with various teams, including talent acquisition, benefits, and compensation, to align HR strategies
Represent HR in meetings, advocating for employee needs and organizational goals
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Contribute to the consolidation and optimization of HR systems, including transitioning to Workday
Support effective communication of benefits and compensation updates to employees
Partner with healthcare professionals to address HR challenges unique to the hospital environment
Maintain accurate documentation and records within HR systems
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a preference for candidates with healthcare or hospital industry knowledge
Strong background in employee relations and HR administration
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS), particularly Workday, is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding processes and collaborate with talent acquisition teams
Exceptional communication skills to engage with employees and cross-functional teams effectively
Knowledge of benefits and compensation functions, with experience supporting related initiatives
Ability to represent HR in organizational meetings and advocate for staff needs
Adept at maintaining compliance and upholding HR best practices within a dynamic environment
