We are looking for an experienced and bilingual Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Kemah, Texas. This is a 100% onsite, Contract to permanent position that offers the opportunity to lead HR operations while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance
Process multi-state payroll and manage payroll taxes accurately using QuickBooks Online
Administer employee benefits, ensuring proper enrollment, communication, and compliance with regulations
Maintain and update employee files and HR data in QuickBooks Online and other HRIS systems
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals
Support new team members through onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
Address and resolve employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment
Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Requirements:
Must be bilingual, with fluency in English and another language
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
Proficiency in processing multi-state payroll and managing payroll taxes
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online for payroll and employee records
Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and compliance
Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations effectively
Deep understanding of multi-state employment laws and regulations
