Job Description:

Seeking a dynamic person to join a team of highly responsible and engaged people. As a member of the property Human Resources Leadership Team, this role is directly responsible for overseeing the HR functions which impact all the Ladies and Gentlemen in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee HR functions impacting all employees
  • Carry out daily activities of HR office
  • Oversight of recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, training and development
  • Deliver HR services that meet or exceed employee needs
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and operating procedures
  • Work directly with managers/supervisors
  • Managing recruitment and hiring process
  • Administering and educating employee benefits
  • Managing employee development
  • Maintaining employee relations
  • Managing legal and compliance practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Management capacity at luxury Five-Star/Five-Diamond hotel
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources leadership capacity
  • Able to work on site full time
  • May be required to work weekends and public holidays
  • 2-year degree from accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven ability to focus, meet deadlines and get things done
  • Strong forecasting, scheduling, math and organizational skills
  • Background in training and developing people
  • Able to develop rapport and positive working relationships
  • Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Professional in work, style, verbiage and appearance
  • Ability to ensure data protection and confidentiality
  • Understanding of multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient communication in English (written, verbal and reading)
