We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and support various HR functions at our Greeley, Colorado location. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive work environment, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Job Responsibility:
Oversee the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing onboarding activities
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Create, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards
Administer employee benefits programs, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with benefits providers
Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal tracking, and employee development initiatives
Guide managers on effective coaching, feedback, and performance improvement strategies
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and generate HR reports to support data-driven decisions
Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with wage and hour laws
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a willingness to take initiative and ownership
Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with payroll processes
A collaborative mindset and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
Nice to have:
HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is a plus but not mandatory
