Our client is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and support key human resources functions across the organization. This role will oversee employee relations, performance management, recruiting support, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations while helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day human resources operations and team support
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Administer benefits programs and respond to employee HR inquiries
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Maintain HR records, reporting, and HRIS updates
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs
Assist with training, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience in human resources, including generalist or management-level responsibilities
Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
Experience supporting a growing or fast-paced organization preferred
