Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee employee benefits, HR operations, and foster a positive workplace culture. Based in Dallas, Texas, this role requires a strategic thinker who can manage HR systems, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with relevant policies. Job Responsibility:

Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee HR systems and processes, including maintaining and optimizing the HRIS platform
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains in adherence
Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce planning needs
Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR administration processes
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements
Proven ability to handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion
Experience with onboarding processes and workforce integration
Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze HR metrics and recommend actionable improvements
