Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance their HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic and hands-on role in supporting organizational growth and a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and drive all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and compliance
Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
Manage HR data and reporting, analyzing trends and recommending solutions for workforce productivity and development
Lead change management initiatives to support business growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources management or a related field
Proven expertise in employee relations and HR administration
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and onboarding processes
Experience with HRIS platforms and managing employee data effectively
Ability to design and execute training and development programs
Familiarity with benefits administration and related HR functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse workforce
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams
