We are looking for an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations located southeast of Houston. This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who excels in managing diverse teams, fostering employee relations, and supporting field employees. Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including managing a team of two HR professionals
Develop and maintain strong employee relations strategies, focusing on effective communication and conflict resolution
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company
Support field and blue-collar employees by addressing their unique HR needs and challenges
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies
Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
Provide guidance and support for performance management and employee development programs
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Proven experience working with blue-collar or field employees
Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems for data management and reporting
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Certification in HR (such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred
