We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support an organization in a Contract role lasting approximately 2 to 3 months. This position will oversee core HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits support, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach, can manage day-to-day HR activity independently, and has prior experience working in a similar organizational environment.
Job Responsibility
Lead day-to-day human resources activities for the duration of the assignment, ensuring timely and accurate support across key HR functions
Manage the full recruitment process, including coordinating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting staffing decisions
Oversee employee onboarding to create a smooth and organized introduction for incoming employees
Administer open enrollment activities and respond to employee questions related to available benefits options
Support payroll processing by reviewing information for accuracy, coordinating updates, and helping resolve payroll-related issues
Maintain benefits administration tasks, including employee enrollments, changes, and general plan support
Ensure HR records and documentation are handled accurately and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements
Partner with internal stakeholders to address employee matters and provide practical guidance on HR processes
Requirements
Previous experience serving in an HR Manager or similar human resources leadership role
Strong background in HR administration across multiple functional areas
Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding activities
Hands-on experience supporting open enrollment and benefits administration
Working knowledge of payroll processes and related coordination responsibilities
Ability to manage a short-term assignment independently and prioritize competing deadlines effectively
Prior experience in a comparable organizational setting is required
