This is a strategic HR Business Partner role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive talent initiatives, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibility
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee development
Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws
Support organizational change and business integration efforts
Analyze workforce data and provide insights to leadership
Coach managers on performance, leadership, and HR best practices
Lead and develop one direct report
Requirements
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities
Experience supporting manufacturing and/or R&D environments is required
Strong background in employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions
Experience leading organizations through change, growth, or integration initiatives
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Willingness to work onsite five days per week and travel occasionally
