We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and execute HR strategies within our organization in Midland, Texas. This role requires a dynamic individual who is detail oriented and capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on management across key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring operational excellence in HR processes, and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive business success
Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational structure
Provide expert guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Lead recruitment efforts for critical roles, ensuring effective sourcing and selection processes
Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and organizational policies
Manage benefits administration, leave cases, and return-to-work procedures to support employee well-being
Facilitate training programs and career development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities
Conduct audits and maintain accurate HR data within HRIS systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Analyze exit interview data and provide actionable insights to improve employee retention
Prepare and present HR metrics and analytics to support informed decision-making by leadership
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related field
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance
Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management and reporting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Experience managing benefit functions and resolving employee inquiries
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals
