We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Spanish HR Manager to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis in Baldwin Park. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leadership to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and best practices
Partner with ADP to manage HRIS, payroll, and benefits programs
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new hires
Coach and support managers with leadership development, performance reviews, and employee relations
Design and deliver ongoing leadership and team management training
Create and track performance metrics across departments
Help define and strengthen company culture
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and records
Stay current on HR trends, employment laws, and workforce development practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum five years of hands-on HR experience with increasing responsibility
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
SHRM-CP certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and compliance
Skilled in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience in food distribution or related industries
