The town of West Newbury is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to Human Resources
Comprehensive experience in all areas of Human Resources Management, including labor relations, recruitment and hiring, organizational development, benefits administration, classification and compensation, financial management, and budgeting
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
At least three years of progressively responsible Human Resource experience, preferably in a municipal environment and with union-relations experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and experience
