Job Description:

Member of property Human Resources support staff working with HR employees to carry out daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. Focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed employee needs and enable business success while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Managing recruitment and hiring process
Administering and educating employee benefits
Managing employee development
Maintaining employee relations
Managing legal and compliance practices
Overseeing selection/non-selection and offers processes
Representing HR at property Safety Committee

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
Fluent in French, Arabic and English
Experience in recruitment and hiring processes
Knowledge of employee benefits administration
Experience in employee development and training
Employee relations management skills
Understanding of legal and compliance practices
