Job Responsibility:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for all retail and corporate positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Training & Development: Identify employee development needs and implement training programs to enhance skill sets, performance, and career growth opportunities
Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to set and achieve career goals
Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensure that employee packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards
HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices
Workforce Planning & Reporting: Analyze workforce data to support decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the retail or apparel industry
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite
