Job Responsibility:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
Oversee performance management and employee relations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven HR management experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity
